Becoming a member

To become a member, click the button on any of the Membership Categories and confirm your selection(s) to add them to your order.

When you have made your selection(s), click the button and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

Gift Aid
Information for UK taxpayers...
In the March 2000 Budget, the Chancellor abolished the threshold on Gift Aid. We are now able to reclaim income tax you have already paid, at no extra cost to you, thereby maximising the use of every pound given.
It would help us enormously if you could tick the Gift Aid box after entering your address details at the checkout.

Shipping and Handling

Overseas membership - please note there is an additional charge of £5 on annual membership rates to pay for airmail postage of your membership pack and your quarterly magazines if you do not have a UK postcode

Delivery Schedule

We will make every effort to dispatch your membership pack, including your membership card, within two working days of receiving your order.

Credit Card Security

We use SECPay to handle online authorisation of yourcredit card.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your membership subscription up to 7 working days from the day when your membership pack arrives. You do not need to give us a reason for cancellation.

Please inform as soon as possible that you are exercising your right to cancel and quote the order reference number that came with your order confirmation email. Then return your membership pack to us, complete with membership card. You will be liable for the cost of returning the pack.

Any purchases or contracts of any sort do not affect your statutory rights.

If you have a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible. We shall acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim provide a resolution to the complaint within 10 days. [we will normally respond by return and often will manage to resolve the matter at this time). In any event we will keep you fully informed of progress until the matter is fully resolved.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose customer or members information to third parties. Cookies are used as part of the online membership system, but only to keep track of your order once you have selected a membership category.
